Aiko Oue is broadly experienced in general corporate matters for domestic and foreign clients in Japan. She advises clients on contracts and contract management with suppliers, customers and employees.

She handles joint ventures, company establishment, real estate acquisitions and dispositions and related financings as well employment and general litigation matters.

She served as policy planning officer for Public Interest Commission, Cabinet Office, Government of Japan where she was involved in authorization and supervision of public interest corporations.

She served as chief legal officer for Kaikai Kiki Co., Ltd., the art management and production company of the artist Takashi Murakami, managing legal matters for an art business domestically and internationally.

She currently serves as outside officers of listed companies, including Kakiyasu Honten, Co., Ltd., Sourcenext Corporation and Foster Electric Company, Limited.

She studied violin under Mr. Takaya Urakawa at Tokyo University of the Arts, Faculty of Music Practical Music Course.
